  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as courier delays or weather conditions.

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • We may offer free shipping on selected orders or promotional offers.


4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS.

  • You can use this to track your shipment in real-time.


5. Delivery Address

  • We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information.


6. Failed Delivery Attempts

  • If delivery fails due to unavailability or incorrect address, the courier may attempt re-delivery.

  • Additional charges may apply for repeated delivery attempts.


7. Damaged or Tampered Packages

  • If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered, please:

    • Do not accept the package (if possible), or

    • Record an unboxing video and report it within 48 hours

  • Contact us immediately for assistance.


8. International Shipping

  • Currently, we do not offer international shipping (can be updated if needed).
